bolt-on for your Generation 1 (1989-1991) or Generation 2
(1992-1995) Ford Taurus SHO. This high quality fiberglass hood
comes with a functional (Gen 1 is 2.5", Gen 2 is 1.5")
reinforced cowl. With steel reinforcement plates in the latch
area and 1.5" square threaded aluminum blocks built into the
hinge area, this design is a strong and long lasting
modification to your SHO. It also reduces front end weight
providing handling benefits. The smooth underside of the hood
can also accommodate the OEM under-hood insulator blanket, so
long as sufficient cooling air flow is maintained. No matter
how you cut it, this unique hood will make your SHO stand out. |
