The STRUT BRACE BOLTS ON THE TOP OF THE STRUT TOWERS LOCKING
THE TWO SIDES TOGETHER TO ELIMINATE MOVEMENT BETWEEN THEM.
THESE BRACES COME IN EITHER UNFINISHED STEEL OR ALUMINUM SO
They CAN BE PAINTED OR COATED TO MATCH THE CAR. THE FACTORY
GAS STRUTS THAT HOLD UP THE HOOD MUST BE REMOVED AND REPLACED
WITH A HOOD ROD THAT IS INCLUDED. REAR STRUT BRACES COME WITH
EITHER A STRAIGHT OR BENT BAR FOR SUBWOOFER BOXES. LIGHTWEIGHT
VERSIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR BOTH FRONT AND REAR. The front and
rear straight-rod braces are adjustable (CAN BE TIGHTENED AND
LOOSENED) in place.
