Shipping Instructions

• Order status now includes all orders placed

• The order status page is updated manually so always check date of last update for status

• Your order is placed when you receive email confirmation (it is not linked to this page automatically). 

• If you have a confirmation, we have your order.

• If you do not see your order here, that is OK, sometimes there is a time lag, your confirmation is the e-mail you get when you place the order

• Always consider that items may show "out of stock" even after you place your order because the inventory is not online.

• We do not recommend you scheduling service ahead of actually receiving the items you order.

• If your card is declined we will hold the order for no more than 5 days before canceling it.
